Having been practicing Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Acupuncture for over 30 years, including 11 years in the US, Dr. Ning X. Fu currently maintains a private clinic in San Jose, California. She also teaches graduate students at The American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in San Francisco. She has effectively treated many difficult cases that other Physicians failed.

Born in a family of TCM, Dr. Fu started to learn TCM since her childhood with her father who is one of the top ranked TCM Physicians in China. She graduated from the Chengdu University of TCM, where she earned M.M.S. and B.M.S. degrees in TCM and Acupuncture with honor awards. Beside the academic education, she also learned TCM and Acupuncture through private tutoring with five top ranked Physicians, a traditional way to learn TCM and Acupuncture in china.

Before coming to the United States, Dr. Fu served as the Deputy Physician of the Teaching Hospital of the Chengdu University of TCM and the Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Silk Factory and taught at the Chengdu University of TCM and the International Acupuncture Training Center in Beijing. She also was an editor of the Journal of TCM and Pharmacology Information.

Dr. Fu has published numerous papers, contributed to college text books. In addition, she held membership in both the Chinese Medical Association and the Chinese Congress of Acupuncture and Moxibustion.
